Video: Project Management
Andrea Quilici, a Project Manager at BCHW, shares some of the key elements of being an architectural project manager and how he works with all parties of a project to balance the design thinking and the technical needs throughout the life of the project, all while keeping the budget of the project first and foremost in mind. Working to reconcile the design desires with the technical limitations is a unique process for each and every project we design. A Project Manager must continually keep their eye on the ball to ensure that the appropriate balance is maintained from the day the project kicks off until after the building is occupied. Andrea brings much passion as he “conducts” each of his projects. Andrea would be happy to answer your questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
