Roger wishes to be known in the public K12 market as an architect who brings a creative exploration to the planning, design and delivery of learning environments. He wants to be seen as an architect who listens and engages the user and the “manager” of the buildings and sites we design so the process and results are really collaborative, challenging, and successful.  The places we make with our clients must be places of which we and the client can be proud and they must be agile to be long lasting.

Roger has dedicated his practice to school design, focusing on new and renovated public K-12 facilities. Roger has unparalleled experience in the analysis, planning, design and delivery of educational facilities, working with more than 15 Virginia localities to meet the physical needs of K-12 academic communities.
