Charles is a principal with BCWH and leads the firm’s practice in higher education planning and design. He has been serving higher education clients in Virginia and the mid-Atlantic for over twenty-five years. Charles’ architecture and planning work has consistently been recognized for excellence in design by both architects and educators and he is respected for his leadership, client relationships, and campus design expertise. His recent experience includes projects with the University of Richmond, College of William and Mary, Washington and Lee University, Bucknell University, Morehouse College, Randolph-Macon College and Virginia Commonwealth University. Charles is a graduate of Clemson University, BS Design, Summa Cum Laude, and the University of Maryland, Master of Architecture.
