Erin Richardson is an official Certified Interior Designer

One of our interior designers, Erin Richardson, recently received her official Certified Interior Designer certificate from the State of Virginia. To obtain certification, Erin had to take the National Council for Interior Design Qualification examination spanning two days and three sections focused on health, safety, and welfare of the public as well as a State exam.

Before joining BCWH, Erin received her Master of Fine Arts in Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from University of Mary Washington . She brings a unique background in fine art and sculpture to the interior design discipline. She’s currently working on two new public libraries for Henrico County, the new St. Michael’s Episcopal Lower School building, and VCU’s Da Vinci Center renovations.

Huge congrats to Erin on this professional achievement!
