BCWH & Tappe Selected for Staunton Library Planning Study

September 24, 2013

We are excited to announce that our team, including strategic library partner Tappé Architects, has been selected to develop a space study for the Staunton Public Library in the City of Staunton.

The BCWH + Tappé team will work with the library’s staff and the public to evaluate design alternatives to improve the Library. Ruth Arnold, Director of Library Services, said that the facility was built as a school in 1916 and renovated to be the Library in 1994. “It’s time to adapt our wonderful building to the many changes in technology and library service now required in the 21st century,” said Arnold.
