Robert E. Comet Jr., AIA, LEED



Rob is president and a founding partner of BCWH Architects which began in 1986. BCWH has had its office located in Downtown Richmond since its inception. As a Richmond resident and Richmond business owner, Rob Comet remains very committed to both the City and Richmond Public Schools. Rob's clients appreciate his tremendous expertise in performing preplanning and feasibility studies, as well as his extensive experience in renovation design.

Charles D. Piper, AIA, REFP, LEED

Charles leads the firm's practice in the higher education market where we are actively serving projects in planning and design at the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University. Charles' projects have been consistently recognized for excellence in design by professional organizations of both architects and educators.  In addition, he leads in the management and design of educational projects for a number of important school district clients, and frequently provides master planning and architectural services for mainline, evangelical and contemporary church clients.

Roger D. Richardson, AIA, REFP

Since 1975, Roger has dedicated his practice to school design, focusing on new and renovated public K-12 facilities. Roger has unparalleled experience in the analysis, planning, design and delivery of educational facilities, working with more than 15 Virginia localities to meet the physical needs of K-12 academic communities.

Charles W. Wray, Jr., AIA, LEED

Chuck's principal-in-charge responsibilities include managing a variety of educational, municipal, and corporate projects. In addition, Chuck is has an expertise in multiple library projects, both new and renovations. In addition, he is responsible for managing BCWH's project processes and is heavily involved in developing our talented staff.
